Enabling your home buyers to generate their own energy and reduce their bills
Products
With the introduction of the new Part L building regulations, many builders are leaning towards the installation of Solar PV systems to help them achieve the new SAP scores.
Over the years we’ve forged good relationships with all of the main manufacturers of systems and panels alike and can offer you access to these.
We install MCS approved, fully roof integrated systems such as Viridian, GSE or Easyroof and can source from a variety of panel and inverter manufacturers.
Systems can range in size from a single panel, up to a completely covered roof top. The sizes though are generally determined by the requirements of SAP or your own customers demand, either way we can deliver what you want.
In our opinion, the sight of a bank of aesthetically pleasing integrated solar panels glistening on your roof tops is something that everyone wants to see.
Benefits
A Solar PV system is generally a fit and forget solution for homeowners which provides the property with clean, green energy. It is a bit like having your own private power station!
As a result it is a key enabler for builders to achieve the SAP score required under Building Regulations. Alongside this, if you are covering your roof top in PV panels, then you are automatically reducing the number of tiles that need to be installed.
With our comprehensive supply and fit service, we turn up to site with all of the materials required, install and then leave with any waste… hassle free!
Labour
All of our panel installer teams are trained by the relevant manufacturer on how to fit their systems.
We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and installs are continuously reviewed by our contract managers to ensure that everything has been completed correctly.
With teams across the UK which are aligned to our insulation depot locations, we can provide resource to your site with locally employed labour.
When you are ready for us, our inhouse electricians will return to site to complete the commissioning of the systems and you will then be issued with your MCS certificate and other relevant documentation.
Case Study
We think that not only do they provide our customers with a fabulous reason for buying in these current times, but they also look great on the roof! A really quick and simple installation of the panels, which is then immediately followed by the roofer, it was easy to get both teams to work simultaneously.
